RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days from the delivery date to decide if an item is right for you.

1. Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original condition: unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Note: We do not accept returns on items that have been damaged by the customer, or items returned without prior authorization.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, you must contact our Customer Service team first.

IMPORTANT WARNING:
Please DO NOT send your return to the address on the package label or the administrative address listed on our website footer. These addresses cannot process returns, and your package may be lost. We will provide the specific warehouse return address via email after your request is approved.

3. Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Defective / Wrong Items: If you received a damaged product, an item with a manufacturing defect, or the wrong item, please contact us with photos. We will cover the return shipping costs or issue a refund immediately.
  • Customer Remorse (Changed Mind / Wrong Size): If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size/color, or simply don't like it, you (the customer) are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for the same item in a different size or color. Please contact us to arrange an exchange. No exchange fee is charged, but you may be responsible for the shipping cost to return the original item.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
